At 5 by 2 Coaching, we believe that real transformation happens when we align our lives with God’s truth. The name 5 by 2 comes from the story in Matthew 14:17–19, where Jesus took five loaves and two fish and multiplied them to feed thousands. This miracle reflects what we do— we help people move from limitation to abundance, from feeling stuck to stepping fully into their God-given potential.

Our coaches will walk alongside individuals who are seeking freedom in all areas of life— family, marriage, relationships, work, health, and personal growth. We help you recognize limiting beliefs and replace them with truth. Our goal is for you to learn to hear God’s voice more clearly and step into your true identity with confidence and purpose.

Like a river that flows, bringing life wherever it moves, we believe that transformation isn’t meant to stay within us— it’s meant to flow through us. As Jesus said, "Whoever believes in me, rivers of living water will flow from within them." (John 7:38). When we embrace God’s truth, we don’t just change— we become a source of life for others.
